Deputy General Manager - HR Shared Services & Process Management - Insurance

Job Profile :

- The candidate should possess logical and analytical skills and an eye for details along with good leadership skills and excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead the entire Shared Services team

- Manage overall Shared Services vertical and drive day to day operations within the unit

- Manage entire Employee Life Cycle Management from the HR shared services perspective

- Defining, driving metrics and tracking mechanisms for all processes within Shared services

- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through Proactive engagement with internal customers and ensuring clear communication

- Lead the team for selection and implementation of Process Excellence Framework

- Perform regular analysis to determine risks/ trends and put in place process improvements with a customer centric approach

- To ensure that the controls are in place and adhered at all times

- Exposure to transition and exposure to process migration / transition

- Experience in working on different automation systems/CRMs

Desired Profile :

- MBA from a reputed institute

- At least 6 years experience in Shared Services domain

- Strong background and work experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics / MIS would be added skill set

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, managing projects or initiatives

- Provide regular inputs in strategic decision making through data driven decisions
