- Implementation and review of policies from time to time.
- Maintain accurate C & B information of Employees.
- Implement T&D initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
- Attract, retain and develop talent to support growth and business success
- Implement PMS initiatives across the organization.
- Design and implement associate engagement initiatives.
- Ensure the Employees are covered in group insurance / ESIC scheme.
- Compliance to statues relating to employees/workmen including, PF, CLRAA, MATHADI, ID.
- Industrial Relations - should have handled Unions/Collective bargaining and responsible for maintaining a cordial Industrial environment.
- Work with HODs to develop Headcount plans.
- Ensure efficient and effective talent management program in place
- Effective follows up with the claim settlement of Employees.
- Internal communication of key events and information in appropriate manner.
- Act as counsel or for Employees and address their issues.
