Job Title: Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Human Resources (Sales HR)

Location: Noida, India

Company: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager (DGM) for one of our European client, with a strong orientation towards Sales HR.

This role is pivotal in driving the HR strategy, particularly focusing on the sales function, to support the growth and business objectives in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnering:

- Act as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team.

- Align HR initiatives with business goals to drive sales performance and growth.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Lead the recruitment process for sales positions.

- Ensure the acquisition of high-caliber talent.

- Develop and implement talent management strategies to retain and develop top sales talent.

Performance Management:

- Oversee the performance management system for the sales team.

- Ensure clear goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews to enhance productivity and motivation.

Training and Development:

- Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the sales force.

- Focus on skill enhancement, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.

Employee Engagement and Relations:

Foster a positive and engaging work environment.

- Address employee grievances and implement initiatives to enhance morale and job satisfaction within the sales team.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top sales talent.

- Ensure alignment with market trends and company policies.

Compliance and Policies:

- Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements and company policies, particularly in the sales domain.

Desired Profile:

Education: MBA in HR or related field.

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role focused on sales HR and strategic HR.

- Business HR exposure is essential.

- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR practices, talent management, and performance management.

- Experience in change management and organizational development (OD) is a plus.

- Attributes: Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Location: Must be willing to work in Noida. (Relocate to Noida)
