Head - Regional Marketing - Telecom - 10 - 12 Years Exp


Role Title : Deputy General Manager : Regional Marketing

Reporting to : National Head Non-Digital Channel

Job responsibility :

- Gather Customer & Competitive Intelligence/insights through primary and secondary sources. Such insights to be used for sales, network and product planning

- Plan and implement regional marketing campaigns/initiatives aligned to overall marketing goals defined by Market Manager. Document, institutionalise and share the best practices

- Create visibility for company's products & services through BTL. Develop and manage regional advertising campaigns, brand development and PR initiatives for achieving the marketing goals.

- Provide marketing and branding support to Channel Partners and sales teams to maximize visibility & lead generation. Measure and assess regional marketing programs and collateral to make it more effective

- Customer & Channel Partner(CP) communication, advocacy and engagement

- Drive relevant programs to improve customer and CP satisfaction as measured by NPS, Coordinate with HO & other regions for conformity & sharing of best practices

Span of Control : 3 Members

Necessary Skills :

- Deep understanding of the top B2B segments like BFSI, IT/ITES, Mfg etc

- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that attract new customers

- Experience in driving Ground activation events to generate brand visibility and demand generation

- Experience with online marketing, including social media and content marketing

- Experience in driving Advertising campaigns in B2B Segment

- Excellent communication skills

- Proven track record using data-driven insights to build customer-backward strategies

- Strong B2B knowledge and analytical acumen is a must.

- Deep analytical skills and ability to analyze and synthesize data, interpret customer insights and turn them into marketing strategies and tactics

- Strong project management skills; organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage through unstructured situations.

- Brand Management, Category Management Experience

Qualification MBA in Marketing, Communications from Premier Institutes

Overall Work Experience At least 10-12 years of experience in driving Marketing Campaigns across both Digital & Non Digital Mediums; Experience in FMCG companies 

- Minimum 4 Years experience Brand Management
