Designation/Role : Deputy General Manager/ Category Head Qualification : Master's in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Fashion Management (NIFT, INIFD, NID etc.) or MBA from a reputed institute Location : Thane The role holder is responsible to build a sustainable &amp; scalable value chain and thereby enable the brand with a unique value proposition for exponential growth in the product segment to become a market leader in Men Ethnic wear. Strategic Planning : - Be the custodian of the Brand's design and product portfolio - Create and manage the business strategy, priorities and targets. - Maintain up to date market knowledge, competitors and trends in order to generate exponential business growth. - Translate strategic goals into operational plans to achieve the targeted growth in sales and profits - Channel wise Assortment planning Financial Management : - Plan annual budget in alignment with the business plans and manage the cash flow to ensure profitability. Vendor Management : - Manage supplier relationships and vendor base for product development activities. - Guide the sourcing team to ensure win-win relationship with strategic/critical vendors - Identify and mitigate / manage key risks to Supply Chain - Improve Key Metrics Focus on continuous improvement of the brand by improving key business metrics like : i. Intake Margins ii. Sell thru - Full Price &amp; Seasonal iii. Width of offerings iv. COGS v. Inventory Rolls/Stock turnover People Management : Build and nurture a high performing team.
