Opportunity for DGM/GM - Transactional Quality - US Healthcare/Insurance ( Six Sigma BB and GB certified)

- An esteem client of Innoquest Consulting who is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.


- They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DGM/GM - Transactional Quality with expertise in US Healthcare and Insurance to join their team in Bangalore.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and manage the transactional quality team to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for US healthcare and insurance operations.

- Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Provide training and mentorship to team members on quality assurance and Six Sigma principles.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Six Sigma Black Belt (BB) and Green Belt (GB) certifications are mandatory.

- Experience in transactional quality management within the US healthcare and insurance sectors.

- Proven track record of leading and implementing Six Sigma projects and initiatives.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of US healthcare and insurance industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.

Qualification :

- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from reputed institutes/companies like ASQ, ISI, GE, Genpact or similar with minimum 6 years of experience in the role of Quality at various levels.


- MBB training or certification would be an added advantage.

- PMP or Prince2 or similar Project Management certification ISO 9001, COPC certifications / experience would be desirable.

- Around 15 to 18 years, with approx 10+ years of BPO experience.

- Prior experience in US healthcare BPO (Payer) is necessary.

- Candidates with stability preferred in terms of previous job changes.

- Preferably, should have leadership experience in manufacturing/ services in the field of Quality/ Excellence/ Operations/Automation.

- Work experience in MNCs or reputed organizations will be an added advantage.
