Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Risk System Development & Compliance - Mining Business - CA

We have been mandated by a large global conglomerate into Mining Business for the below mentioned position.

Education : Chartered Accountants (CA)

Experience: 15 to 20 years

Job Responsibilities :

- Business MIS systems development & improvement of ERP and enterprise wide risk management initiatives for all verticals of the mineral resources business.

- Extend tactical support to central procurement team in various commercial negotiations & studies as CFD representative.

- For assessing system robustness study examine analyse processes followed in various functions and identify the areas for improvement give suggestions and facilitate implementation of required measures to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal checks and controls in operations and functioning of such functions.

- Develop and facilitate risk management systems for the business.

- Commercial Evaluation of business proposals for concurrence at CFD level and Risk Management System Integration.

- Represent CFD as committee member in undertaking risk and commercial evaluation for assigned special tasks.

- Systemic review of Pricing Proposals.

- Design & Review Business Level Policies for key areas & facilitate effective implementation.

- Liaison-Benchmarking of critical processes.
