Job Details:

Broad objective of the role Responsible for successful go-to-market for product launches, effective sales enablement, thought leadership, product portfolio strategy and analyst engagement for UCC and GSIP portfolio. Co-owns (with product) the NPL (new product launch) and PW (product withdrawal process). Owns the key gates for  ready for service,  ready for sale and  ready for withdrawal.

KRA:

- Minimum qualification & experience 16 years of product marketing experience, educational qualifications in marketing, experience in UCC and GSIP global marketing and sales space

- Other knowledge/skills People management, leadership skills, managing and working with global team, planning skills, communication and presentation capabilities

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (Key Activities) PERFORMANCE METRICS :

- 1 Product and portfolio positioning positioning effectiveness as measured by stakeholder buy-in and sales success

- Create and execute portfolio and product positioning that is consistent and relevant across organization and in the market. Leverage market insights and competitive intel to develop clear and differentiated value proposition for products and the overall portfolio.

2 New product launches new product revenues, No. of customer signups, analyst and media mentions, integrated marketing plan effectiveness

- Develop go-to-market plans for new products launches and manage cross-functional execution to ensure success. Develop integrated marketing plan that delivers on the revenue targets across segments and product portfolio. Engage with various marketing functions to smooth and effective execution of the plan.

3 Sales enablement ,No. of new assets and refresh, sales tools usage, customer conversions, revenues

- Develop messaging and assets for sales teams across segments and regions. Ensure sales teams are armed with porftolio positioning and new product knowledge via training and other sales tools. Work with segment marketing and sales to develop customer case studies. Support development of compelling product and market content for demand gen programs

4 Customer understanding and Thought leadership Customer personas and profile creation for the respective products and portfolios; No. of white papers and blogs, stakeholder satisfaction with insights, demand gen campaign conversion metrics

- Drive and lead initiatives to understand customer behaviour and needs, market requirements, competition and market trends. Share the insights with internal stakeholders for internal decision making. Develop white papers, content for blogs and support development of compelling product and market content for demand gen programs.

5 Analyst engagement analyst mentions, awards, media interest, No. of queries and briefings

- Work with product and analsyt relations team to ensure achievement of overall analyst program objectives. Lead initiatives for analyst mentions and awards and submission of requirements via collaboration with product team.

6 Events support leads conversion, corp comm coverage, assets and positioning effectiveness

- Support and collateral production/refresh for key named events identified in advance by segment teams. Identify key events for sponsorship participation and develop portfolio positioning, thought leadership and solutions activities to ensure success and ROI.

7 Budget and team management employee sat score, budget spend, employee training and development focus
