Designation: Deputy / General Manager - Power
Reports To: Director / Executive Director
Purpose:
- Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and drive business growth.
- Offer comprehensive technical support, leveraging deep knowledge of thermal power systems, including central power station operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the thermal power industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and support the sales process through technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Provide technical expertise during customer meetings and negotiations to address technical inquiries and concerns regarding thermal power generation systems
- Provide support to client for better utilization of additives by collaborating with engineering teams to develop solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Monitor the efficacy of Combustion Catalyst applications through regular performance assessments and data analysis, ensuring that desired outcomes are achieved.
- Analyse combustion data and plant performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in combustion efficiency, maintenance cost reduction, and emission reduction.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to continuously improve and innovate upon our products and solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in power plant operations, energy auditing, or related fields, with a strong understanding of combustion processes, environmental regulations, thermal power generation systems and associated equipment.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, engineers, and stakeholders at all levels.
Years of Experience: 15 - 20 years of work experience in a similar role
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Power Plant Engineering, MBA (Preferable)
Extensive travel in the east of India may be required.
