Job Description:

The position is required for one of our clients - A diversified industrial group with business ventures in Education, Automotive Components, Technology, Future factory & Future mobility solutions. The position is based at Gurgaon & reports to Group MD.

The KRAs for the position include:

- Managing business Communication via e-mail, telephone, social media etc.

- Assisting in formulating strategy for growth of existing businesses

- Assisting in creating a pipe-line of new business opportunities

- Assisting in assessing viability of new projects / investments

- Coordinating all meetings, conferences, special events, Workshops & Seminars etc.

- Managing documentation for MD's office.

- Managing & analysing all incoming & outgoing reports including MIS

- The job entails providing wide range of support and enriched value to Group MD.

- The incumbent shall be working in close coordination with large number of business & functional heads, JV partners & customers.

- This position forms part of strategic think-tank & requires tremendous maturity, impeccable analytics, deft people management skills & high level of business acumen.

- The group is currently operating 6-days a week format.

- The management would like the incumbent to be located at Gurgaon.
