2. Controlling Logistics Cost in the following front:

a. Primary Freight

b. Handling Charges (Both rail and road)

c. Secondary Freight

3. Appointing and negotiating with transporters for optimization of logistics cost.

4. Ensure and control in timely execution of order through close coordination with sales team.

5. Overseeing logistics functions and negotiating with transporters for cost-effective transport solutions.

6. Ensuring follow up with transporters and CFAs for logistics deliverables, timely delivery, quality checks and timely payments.
