DGM/GM HR for a Start-up Food & Beverage Company
Preferred Candidate :
- Looking for an experienced DGM/GM Human Resources, well-versed in all aspects of Human Resources
- Proven experience HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits and Rewards, in Retail/Food/Cafe
- Creative ability in devising Incentive/Benefits Programs
- Ability to provide direction, leadership and guidance to the HR Team
- Experience in Compensation Benchmark Surveys
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Prior experience in high-growth start-up environment is preferred
- MBA from a reputed institute
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with senior leadership, identify HR Strategies and Program requirements needed to maintain a progressive work culture in support of effective recruitment, development and retention of high-performing staff.
- Lead Talent Strategy to achieve business objectives, while creating and ensuring culture of engagement.
- Creating On-boarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR Policies, Internal Procedures & Regulations
- Drive Workforce Planning & Talent Development, including Succession Planning.
- Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive People Plan to influence lasting change in the business.
- Define Compensation & Benefits Plans in line with organization's philosophy.
- Devise creative Reward Strategies & Incentive Programs based on regular Compensation Benchmark studies.
- Drive the Performance Management System and conduct Appraisal Reviews based on market specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
- Develop integrated solutions by working in partnerships across the HR Function to deliver value-added services to management and employees.
- Setup and oversee the company's HRIS system.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships.
