Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Human Resources - Automotive
Responsibilities:
1. Empaneling assessment tools for purposes of recruitment/development across levels and conducting mid-senior level assessment programs with a high degree of predictability
2. Defining key initiatives critical for transition, crafting the role of change champions in each function/level, while handling change related obstacles
3. Ensuring the alignment between Company's value and the existing structure/policies/processes/initiatives and evaluating action/decisions that people make against Company value
4. Evaluating the current organizational structure and optimizing the same using principles of organizational design/job evaluation/skill matrix
5. Hypothesizing future capability needs of the organization and building a career framework that provides upskilling and cross skilling of talent and aims at deep and cross pollination of talent
6. Identifying future capabilities and skill sets that the business might need, determining baseline capability gaps and tracking progress made by individuals/functions/businesses
7. Designing and deploying exercises on employee journey mapping to understand various touchpoints that will impact EVP, enhancing all HR processes and policies to reflect the EVP of Company and communicating the EVP methodically across the Group
8. Comparing available assessment tools/methods on their statistical strengths, conceptual models and reporting, empanelling assessment tools for purposes of recruitment/development across levels and conducting mid-senior level assessment programs with a high degree of predictability.
