Deputy General Manager/General Manager/Head - Manufacturing Operations

- Long term manufacturing strategy.

- Develop strategies for managing the production processes by initiating modifications for realizing operational efficiencies, controlling variability, losses costs and reducing the cycle-time and optimizing resources

- Promote Operational efficiency including manpower dependency.

- Implementation of Best Practices across manufacturing Plants.

- Responsible to achieve the plant manufacturing plans & provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility.

- Implement and use continuous improvement/lean tools such as six Sigma, 5-S, Lean manufacturing, etc. to drive improvement.

- Project Management.
