Chartered Accountant with 14-16 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Budgeting, and ERP systems (SAP, D365).

Job role:

- Key role in supporting the growth of a leading F&B company with a broad multi-state presence.

- Oversees financial closing and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).

- Partners with Corporate Finance Controller and CFO for financial statement reviews.

- Manages balance sheet governance, risk identification, and control improvements.

- Develops and maintains Balance Sheet KPI dashboards, reviews monthly with leadership.

- Handles financial reporting (AR, AP, FA, Record to Report).

- Provides data-driven financial insights using Power BI for strategic decision-making.

- Manages internal and statutory audit processes.

- Implements checks for financial statement accuracy and documents variances.

- Prepares memos on complex accounting issues (IFRS/IND AS) and mentors the team.

- Ensures compliance with financial reporting standards during audits.

- Strengthens governance with IFC controls and resolves audit issues.

- Candidates from Foods / F&B/FMCG business will be preferred
