Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Finance & Accounts - NBFC

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Balance Sheet finalization and Consolidation.

2. Ensure compliance of IND AS and IFRS

3. Responsible for smooth conduct of statutory and internal audits

4. Preparation of Income Tax returns, tax audits etc

5. GST compliances and efficiency including suggesting tax efficient models

6. Tax Assessment

7. Transfer pricing Audit

8. MIS and Budgeting including variance analysis

Knowledge:

1. Accounting standards and understanding of Reporting Schedules

2. Knowledge of NBFC accounting standards and RBI Reporting

3. Detail oriented and organized

4. Computation skills

5. Leadership abilities

6. Written and oral communication skills

7. Problem solving skills
