DY. GM/ GM- Accounts (Corporate)

Job Responsibilities:

- Finalization Standalone and consolidation financials

- Well versed in IND AS and Schedule III disclosures requirements.

- Investments/Asset Impairment Assessments and Assessments of Manufacturing unit

- Liase with Statutory Auditors for completion of Limited Reviews, Interim and statutory audits.

- Handling of IFC and Internal Audits and finalization of Reports

- Preparation of Board/AGM Reports.

- Overseas subsidiaries accounts and consolidation with Indian Entity

- Working with Tax authorities- handled Transfer price audits, income tax assessments

- Evaluation Investment opportunities.

- Investor presentations

Candidate Requirement:

- CA with 15 years of post qualification experience

- Working in the Corporate Accounts funcations of large Listed manufacturing/ fmcg or consumer durable organization
