Experience : 12- 15 years
- Should have done a stint in Financial Planning & Analysis or Finance Business Partnering in a B2C business
- Exposure to manufacturing organisation or being an engineer would be an added advantage
- Ability to create stories and hypothesis through numbers
- Understand market research, market share analysis, consumer research, etc
Qualification : CA (Rank Holder) OR Full time MBA from premium Business School
Job Description
The key deliverable are :-
1. Top line and Market Share Ambition
2. Bottom line
3. Identification and driving Cost Savings Opportunities in Products upto implementation with involvement of all stakeholders
4. Dynamic Resource Allocation - to find the right utilisation of monies to be deployed between opportunities
5. Pre and post eval - evaluating effectiveness of various interventions especially marketing actions around 4Ps - product, price, place and promotion
6. Market mapping including geography, product, spec, price, schemes, etc
7. Shadow Costing of Competition products and helping develop competitive strategies
8. Market Share analysis - gain loss, etc
9. Tracking key competition including innovation pipeline, recruitment, expansion, permissions, certificates, trademarks - an inhouse expert on them
10. Liaison between BU and Finance to help smooth operations including preparation of proposals, etc.
11. Doing scenario analysis and working with the BU to help them structure their strategies with numbers and analysis
12. Planning - Annual Operating Plan, medium term strategic plan, 4 quarter rolling forecast, pricing assumption basis market and cost assumptions, A&P assumptions, market share forecasts, new product introduction business case, etc.
