Dy. GM / GM Accounts, Finance & Treasury

Job Role :

Location : Mumbai

Educational Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant & MBA in Finance

- A candidate preffered from MNCs / Listed Company with worldwide presence.

Banking Management :

- Maintain strong bank relationships and secure favorable financial terms.

- Optimize banking fees and services for cost-effectiveness.

Treasury Operations :

- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to maximize returns.

- Mitigate risks related to foreign exchange and interest rates.

P&L Support :

- Oversee accurate P&L statements and financial forecasts.

- Identify trends and risks impacting profitability.

Direct Taxation :

- Ensure compliance with direct taxation laws and regulations.

- Oversee tax planning, filings, and audits to optimize tax liabilities.

Financial Reporting & Compliance :

- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports.

- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.

Audit Coordination : Support internal, statutory, and ASM audits.
