Deputy General Manager - Finance

- Our client is a billion-dollar top line company holding 45% market share in India and 50% share in export market.

As DGM Finance, you will be responsible for the following :

Finance :

- Preparing of projections for the banks

- Dealing with banks for submission of information as required by banks to get renewal of sanction letters

- Preparing of FFR I & FFR II

- Preparing of Stock Statement on a monthly basis

- Preparing of ECB returns on monthly basis

- Preparing of APR on Annual basis

- Verifying Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis

- Verifying monthly bank interest calculation

- Other relevant issues pertaining to bank

- Providing information to Rating Agency's as required

- Assisting in financial analyzing

Others :

- Preparing of Quarterly / Annual results as per trial

- Preparing of Subsidiaries balance sheet on quarterly basis as per trial

- Consolidating of Standalone Balance sheet with the subsidiaries balance sheet

- Following with the banks for clearance of shipping bills from the EDPMS if Critical

- Verifying the MIS on quarterly basis [Business Unit - POWER]

- Preparing of details for the PI's booked on daily basis and sent to required person

- Verification of outstanding debtors report (OAB) on weekly basis and sent to required person

- Coordinating with the consultant & DOE for the issuance of CER- s

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have:

- Must be experienced in SAP

- A qualified CA who would be responsible for having strong banking relations and general accounting experience

- Exposure to operate finance function effectively and independently

- Translates strategy into action plan

- Demonstrates high level of personal and intellectual integrity

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience : 10 to 12 years
