Job Responsibilities:
- Booking of Accounts Receivable related Invoices, making and entering in ERP all the AR related entries,
- Coordination with Construction Accounts team, Corporate Accounts team etc towards payment related Project/Land/BD /Overhead
- Prepare adhoc reports, dashboards, metrics and analysis as required by Business on need basis
- Preparation of various MIS reporting
- Close liaison with CRM, Sales team at various locations in North and resolve the issues.
- Preparation of various budgets in North, e.g., CAM Budget, Infra Budget, etc
- Preparation of various Approval Notes related to Project/CRM/Land towards taking Financial Approval
- Close working with the CA firm for the RWAs at Panchkula and Hyde Park and monitor the Financials on quarterly basis.
- Providing data towards QPR/APR to comply with RERA compliance
- Closely work with the Land/BD/Legal team towards new acquisition /launches/collaboration etc
- Monitoring of Budgets related to North; viz. Overhead, Land Security, CAM etc.
- Coordination with Corporate Secretarial team towards modification of existing Board Resolutions or requirement of new BR related to North region.
- Arranging CA certificate for submission with various Govt. agencies.
- Coordination with various banks towards getting DD for Statutory payments, Project related queries, approval of project in case of new launches and arranging and providing required documents
- Other Miscellaneous work related to operations on need basis.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong domain knowledge in Indian Accounting environment for Accounts Receivable, and working knowledge of Accounts Payable, preferably from Real Estate/Construction/ Facility Management Company
- Good hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- Working under ERP environment.
- Willing to stretch and adopt as per process needs during month / quarterly and Annual Closings.
- Understanding of GST, applicability of TDS and other relevant law applicable in Real Estate Industry
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Clear thinking / problem solving skills and ability to quickly grasp new ideas
- Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change
- Good Communication Skills
- Willing to build a long-term relationship with the customers, External as well as Internal
