Deputy General Manager - Finance Accounts & Commercial

Job Description :

- Hands on experience in Accounts Receivables / Marketing Accounts

- Analyze various Incentive & Market support schemes for its effectiveness at market place

- Monthly MIS with relevant variance analysis from budgets and relevant periodic data

- Ideation & implementation of Cost control initiatives

Cash Flow Management : Tie-up with NBFCs/FIs/Banks for Dealer working capital & Retail finance facilities for end Customers

Ensure & Manage :

- Compliance & Governance

- Timely & accurate month-end Accounts closure activities

- All activities related to the completion of statutory, internal and other Audits

- Establishing & Implementing Short & Long term departmental Goals, Objectives, Policies and Operating Procedures

- Team building & Capability development

Required Skill :

- Sound knowledge of Accounting Standardsand Taxation (incl GST)

- Exposure to working in SAP environment

- Ability to organize strong Process & Cost control mechanisms

- Excellent Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong Management skills - Negotiation and presentation skills
