Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Building Material Firm

Hiring for client Building Material based out at Kolkata.

Key Job responsibilities :

Experience :

- 8 to 10+ Years of experience from corporate finance vertical of any listed manufacturing company.

- CA Qualified

- Reporting will be to the CFO of the company.

- To handle banking relations, credit rating agencies.

- To properly manage all banking & finance related compliance & documentation.

- To handle fund management of company by regularly interacting with plants and internal team.

- Must have knowledge of getting loans from banks may be term loan, CC limits, buyers credit.

- Should have knowledge on international fund raising from banks and its management & compliance.

- Must be from corporate finance vertical of any listed manufacturing company
