Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership & Strategy:
- Partner with the CEO and senior management team to develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support informed decision-making across the organization.
- Oversee the development and execution of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Financial Operations Management:
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP or IFRS (whichever is applicable).
- Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Risk Management & Treasury:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
- Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management, foreign exchange transactions, and investment strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure optimal banking services and financing options.
Business Partnership & Collaboration:
- Partner with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, HR) to provide financial expertise and support strategic initiatives.
- Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field with a specialization in Finance (CPA or CMA certification a plus).
- Minimum of [4-7 years] of experience in a senior finance leadership role within a reputable organization (adjust experience based on your company's needs).
- Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS), financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and treasury operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel) and accounting software (ERP systems a plus).
