Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Closures & Reporting: Oversee and ensure the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.

- Collaboration with Senior Leadership: Work closely with the Corporate Finance Controller and CFO to facilitate the review and approval of financial statements.

- Balance Sheet Management: Monitor and review the balance sheet, identifying potential risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement in financial controls.

- KPIs & Performance Dashboards: Develop and maintain a Balance Sheet KPIs dashboard, conducting monthly reviews with the Corporate Finance Controller and CFO to track performance.

- Financial Reporting Management: Lead financial reporting processes, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Record to Report (R2R), and associated processes.

- Data Analytics for Strategic Insights: Leverage data analytics tools like Power BI to provide actionable financial insights and drive performance optimization and strategic decision-making.

- Audit Management: Manage internal and statutory audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

- Control & Compliance Oversight: Implement macro-level checks to guarantee the completeness of financial statements and provide detailed documentation on month-to-month variances.

- Accounting Standards & Mentorship: Prepare accounting memos and write-ups on complex issues in accordance with IFRS/IND AS, and guide the team in implementing these standards.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory financial accounting and reporting standards during limited reviews and annual audits.

- Governance & Internal Controls: Strengthen financial governance through the implementation of Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and proactively address audit findings.

- Process Automation: Drive continuous automation of finance processes in collaboration with the India ERP and IT teams, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
