Job Responsibilities:

- To design, develop maintain, support and optimize key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, application management, server infrastructure, data communication and end user computing systems.

- Directing various processes & projects for designing, implementation of new systems, managing a team of Business Process Analyst, IT Partners and stakeholders.

- Spearheading implementation of ERP, HRMS, POS, Restaurant Management Software Solution, CRM, Retail solutions in F & B / Hospitality.

- Managing and experience in Cloud implementation Infra and Services.

- Coordinating with vendors across the country for database management, ensuring highuptime of the application, evaluating vendors for new hardware configurations, working with major stakeholders on migration plan of ERP application and databases.

- Designing and implementing centralized Back-office System for restaurants across the regions, heading the process and controlling & monitoring sales, cash and inventory.

- Deploying and adopting Business Intelligence Tool & ERP for reporting and analytics; implementing Data Warehouse Solution, Centralized data source for BI and MIS reports/Analytics from all applications.

- Implementing ERP solutions modules such as Employee Reimbursement, Travels Booking and Reimbursement, Purchase Order Module, Financial and Book Keeping, Real Estate and DC.

-Customizing modules to suit business and functional requirements; deploying seamless integrations of data across multiple systems eliminating manual interference and duplications of data.

- Working on Server Databases of data warehouse, ERP and other applications; ensuring backup and restoration of database, monthly maintenance and performance tuning.

- Ensuring that internal stake holders requirements are mapped into technical solutions for ERP modules. Plan, Define roadmap, strategy and successful execution for IT application / system Short term and long term.

- Budget, Plan and execute opening of new sites across the globe.

- Any new project implementation will be a responsibility.

- Ensuring implementation and support of ERP, CRM, BI systems to the internal and external stake holders.

- Interaction with vendors and their teams for technological solutions.

- Coming up with innovation ideas to improve the existing processes.

- Play a major role in ERP transition for the company.

Skills

- B.E.is desirable qualification but not limiting factor for right candidate.

- Strong project management background in F & B/ Hospitality / Retail domains.

- Good knowledge of implementing various modules for ERP for F&B Industry.

- Handled IT team size across multiple regions

- 10-15 years of work experience in implementation of various ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory Management, Sales.

- ERP implementation experience is mandatory.

- PMP certification is desirable.

- Hardware and Networking experience will be added advantage.

- Willing to work in tight timelines and demanding environment.

- Good communication and documentation skills required.

- Problem solving approach and drive for results attitude.
