- Factory License - Supervising legal approvals encompassing initiation/operations of a factory
- Industrial Relations - To maintain industrial peace at the Unit without giving room to work stoppages or any loss of man days.
- To maintain a harmonious relationship with Union and addresses the grievances of the employees periodically and promptly.
- Work discipline - To ensure maintenance of discipline in the factory and take appropriate disciplinary action as per the stipulated procedures whenever any act of misconduct is committed.
- Design and deliver an over-arching industrial relations strategy with the key focus on modernizing Trade Union relationships.
- Provide support to the welfare and administration of the Unit.
- Liaison with local officials and community for smooth functioning of the Unit.
- Support Head of HRD, People Business Partners and line managers in negotiations with Trade Unions on a wide range of company issues.
- Proficiency in Marathi spoken and written is essential.
- Experience of working in Raigad Maharashtra is preferred.
