The designation would be DGM- ER/IR, Aurangabad
The successful candidate should have:
- More than 10 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of ER/IR
- Signed 2+ wage agreements and Multi-plant exposure.
- Master degree in HR/IR,- should know Marathi as well.
- Improve Human Resource system, Teamwork and Project Communication
- Manages relocation, immigration and other responsibilities related to staffing administration.
- Ensures compliance with all state and federal discrimination and employment regulations.
- Acts as a liaison between department managers and union representatives. Must have exposure in IR.
- Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws.
- Administers unemployment insurance processes, reviews liability reports monitor program costs and recommends policy changes as and when required.
- Develops, streamlines and enhances staffing systems, tracking reporting and analysis.
- Directs the development of staffing strategies.
- Negotiate new contracts
- Create Benefits Packages including vacation time, sick leave, maternity leave, health insurance and stock incentives.
- Conducting goal setting and performance appraisals, mentoring employees; motivating employees; participate in recruitment, guide and train team members on Companies processes and Policies.
- To actively promote and implement the Equality and Diversity Policy.
- To observe confidentiality in dealing with employees at all levels.
