- Drive New Employee Engagement through various methods
- Retention management
- Measure and monitor engagement parameters
- Monitor and drive participation during the survey
- Surveys
- Attrition Management
- Internal Communication
- Design and implement communication framework
- Develop focus interventions on low scoring areas
- Conceptualize, implement and monitor Action Planning interventions required
