Deputy General Manager - eCommerce/Online Sales - BFSI

- Manage relationship and business metrics with online web aggregators

- Manage onboarding of select web aggregators

- Relationship management on a continuum basis to generate a share of the business

- Coordinate platform integration for the seamless online customer journey

- Manage quality and training intervention for partners to promote our products.

- Responsible for executing the business plan for outbound telesales channel for the eCommerce

- Manage productivity and performance per workstation on the floor

Desired Profile :

- Should have good experience in managing online sales / or tele-assist ecommerce sales model

- Should be from BFSI industry only
