- Complaints Handling
- New Business Processing

- System Improvement
The Candidate :
MBA with 8-10 years experience
Max age - 35-36 years
Candidates with past experience of managing at least 2 centralized back office operations in a Life Insurance / General Insurance set up will be preferred.
