Experience : 15 - 18 Years
Qualification : Master's degree in Management
Reports to : CHRO
Key Deliverables : Lead strategic Talent Acquisition, Organization Development and Learning & Development program in the organization.
Job Responsibility : Corporate Human Resource.
- Develops assessment measurement tool(s) to measure and monitor the impact of the delivery of any change management strategy on organization culture and employee engagement using metrics and analysis.
- Designs and delivers the framework for Leadership development, Coaching and Mentoring programs, Managerial development program and Functional training programs.
- Drives the Leadership Development strategy for the organization to ensure right talent pool is available to achieve the organisations vision.
- Designs and drives learning platforms across organization to ensure continuous skill development.
- Identifying the training needs for skill / competency up-gradation and developing a customized training schedule as a part of leadership & development initiatives and involve in Planning, organizing the training sessions for the employees for increasing competency index through group classroom setting, video conferencing, e-learning and Management Development Programmes.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
Knowledge/Awareness Required :
- Any Management Degree
- 15- 18 years of work experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry or in environment similar to that of the employer is preferred.
