FINANCIAL REPORTING:

- Consolidation with group entities

- Consolidation of international entities spread over three continents.

- Quarterly reporting to results and certificates to stock exchanges.

- Managing Audits - Internal, Statutory and RBI.

- FP&A - Financial Planning and Budgeting Exercise.

- Monitoring and Reporting the variances along with corrective actions.

TAX:

- Closure of annual tax assessments bothonline and offline with Income Tax Department.

- Successful closure of FAIU notices.

- Filing appeals and ensuring suitable closure

- Advance tax, ITR, Tax Audits and TP

Audit:

- Income Tax Refunds

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:

- ERP tool implementation in the organization. RBI Reporting

- NBFC Compliances and Inspections,

- FEMA (ODI) Compliance and structure rationalization.

- Implementation of IT Policy framework

The ideal candidate:

- A Chartered Accountant 7-12+ years of strong financial background.

- Ability to read, assimilate & report voluminous data from diverse industries on an ongoing basis.

- Business & commercial acumen to understand the business and delivery models of various industries.

- Ability to interact with apex levels and operational teams with required maturity.

- Driven and should be able to work with minimal oversight
