- Create and manage the learning continuum for Advisors, Sales Managers, Branch Managers and other senior levels in a field as required as per the evolving needs in their respective roles.
- Creation of content in the form of presentations, workbooks and any other content as may be required from time to time. Liaison with other departments for signoff and timely release of content to the on-field trainers.
- Creation and approval of other content that may be required from time to time. To maintain the content repository and to update content as and when required.
- Creating Design Documents and Concept Notes to create a blueprint for content to be created.
- Manage the content of all mandated and ad-hoc programs on a regular basis
- Manage and the knowledge and skill certification for Training managers, ATMs, Sales managers and Branch Managers.
- To facilitate product launches through content support in the form of design documents, concept notes, and presentations for launch.
- Co-conceptualizing the storyboard, working with the vendor/external agencies on designing, presentation of the concept and module to various stakeholders and ensuring the launch of each new product with an e-learning module. Also to ensure conversion of each product presentation with an e-learning module in addition to the product presentation.
- Manage the content repository, knowledge portal.
- Manage the content team and the Senior manager for BM development service delivery.
- Delivery of Training programs as and when required and conducting Train the Trainers. Delivery is specialized programs
- Exposure to different styles of training methodology and varied platforms of content delivery (like a classroom, e-learning, simulations, workshops) will be a plus.
- Exposure in developing content: tutorials, video-based, eLearning modules and presentations for al channels
