DGM concurrent Audit

Key Responsibilities :

Responsible to lead and expand the BBS CCA Program and other related initiatives which will include :

- Data analytics to identify potential areas of fraud and revenue leakage

- Assess the current processes and transactions, identify potential areas of audit issues and implement continuous transaction monitoring process for such process areas

- Monitor and ensure that remediation actions are taken by the Service Delivery teams

- Identify, evaluate, and monitor the remediation of control deficiencies in collaboration with the respective stakeholder (internal and external auditors)

- Identify and document control adherence improvements in business process flows on a continuous basis

- Actively drive standardization and automation, apply and implement best practices for managing internal controls and deploy innovative technology where possible to enhance and continuously improve the design and operating effectiveness of the controls, documentation, assessment and review procedures

- Educate the Functional Service Delivery leads by leading training sessions and focused sessions on compliance requirements and share feedback on issues identified
