MBA with 15-25 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Operations from any manufacturing orgnaisation.
- Formulate the HR budget and ensure adherence to the same
- Ensure periodic compensation benchmarking and revision exercises
- Obtain information on compensation trends in the market for determining compensation positioning of the organization
- Coordinate with tax, legal and finance to understand financial constraints of the organization clearly before defining the compensation structure (especially during reviews)
- Ensure all statutory deductions (i.e. Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc. ) are carried out in compliance with the statutory requirements
- Heading the payroll team to ensure timely processing of salaries
- Direct swift resolution of employee queries regarding compensation
- Collate regional and global best practices and policies related to Compensation and Benefits
- Maintain employee records and update the same regularly
- Ensure effective administration of time and leave management systems and maintain accurate records of absenteeism and leave credit against each employee
- Oversee the processing of reimbursement claims, benefits, loans and advances
- Ensure effective management and mining of HR related information through an HRIS (HR Information System)
- Develop regular MIS reports related to HR activities in the respective business unit
- Manage formal and informal HR-related communications
- Ensure day to day HR operations in the organization are carried out efficiently
- Determining operating performance ratio - Revenue per employee, Employee cost as a % of Ops exp, EBIT per employee etc.
