1. Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Design and manage competitive compensation structures, including salary ranges and incentive plans.
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure compensation and benefits packages are competitive.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
2. Budgeting:
- Develop and manage the HR department's budget, including salary and benefits costs.
- Monitor and report on budget variances and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Forecast future HR financial needs based on organizational growth and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with the finance department to align HR financial planning with overall organizational budgeting.
3. HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards related to compensation, benefits, and budgeting.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on compensation and benefits costs and trends.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
4. Employee Support and Communication:
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding compensation and benefits questions and issues.
- Conduct informational sessions and training for employees on benefits programs and compensation policies.
- Ensure clear and effective communication of compensation and benefits programs to employees.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources;
- Minimum of 10 T0 15 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, with at least
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and financial management software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
