- Good Exposure to Casting Procurement & New Developments for fulfillment of R&D requirement.

- Monitoring of Market Raw material prices on monthly basis and take the inflation and deflation decision.

- Co-ordination with Steel Manufacturers like Kalyani Steels, Aarti Steels, Gerdau Steels.

- Maintaining Inventory Turnover Ratio.

- Preparation of Supplier Risk Management (SRM) and plan actions accordingly.

- Strong Exposure to Foundry raw material management.

- Price negotiation skill.

- Awareness of TS-16949:2002, ISO 9001:2008.

- Evaluation of Supplier as per Supplier performance Rating.

- Working for quality improvement at vendor end.

- Cost Reduction via VA/VE and Process improvements.
