Deputy General Manager - Business Operations - Basmati Rice Export Firm

We are a 4 Star Export house for Basmati rice exporting our products mainly to Gulf, Africa region & South East Asia. We own Region's one of the largest & modern Manufacturing facilities & Amritsar with annual turnover of 100 Million Usd.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Deputy General Manager (Europe & North America) at Dark Foods Pvt Ltd. The Deputy General Manager will be responsible for overseeing business operations in Europe and North America, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, and working closely with the senior management team to develop and implement business strategies for appointing company's distributors & opening new accounts for mainly Basmati & other Ethnic products.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in a senior managerial role in the food and beverage industry. A professional with Rice background will be preferred.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Certifications in leadership or management are an added advantage.

- Proven experience in overseeing business operations, developing and handling distribution channels, implementing business strategies, and managing cross-functional teams.

- Good Network with companies dealing in Indian products, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and global environment.

- The ability to think critically, and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.

- The ability to travel frequently to Europe and North America.

Salary Package - 18 -20 L ( annually)
