Job Description - Deputy General Manager (DGM) will be responsible for understanding and delivering projects in the area of the payment/transaction gateway of our client. Implementation of various projects from the scratch and working very closely with global stakeholders.

Description

- You will be responsible for understanding and delivering of projects in the area payment gateway. Additionally, implementation of various System to meet legal regulatory compliance around the Telecom nodes and systems.

- You will work very closely with senior stakeholders from different geographies to perform necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the delivery of projects in respective domain relevant to transformation programs.

- You will provide end to end coverage and play a key part in bridging the gap between the technology and business stakeholders. You will provide the techno functional expertise on various projects.

- You will be involved in designing, and implementation of various controls, processes along with providing design solution for configuration & validation.

Profile

- Minimum 12 - 14 years relevant experience in telecommunication/payment gateway/fintech organisations.

- Have a solid background in understanding and translating business demand to IT Solution design and applying multiple technical solutions to business problems.

- Be a believer in Bespoke and Open-Source environment to develop software solutions.

- Leadership skills with ability to manage direction for Application domain experts
