We are manufacturers of Capital equipment and Industrial Cabinets

Location - Bhosari MIDC.

Six days a week working culture.

Transport & canteen facilities are not available.

Position to be filled up:

Deputy General Manager/Assistant General Manager/General Manager

Academic Qualifications required:

- Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years' experience.

- Inter CA with 7-9 years' experience at senior position

- Masters with 12-15 years' experience at senior position

Experience in work profile:

- To handle team of 4-5 staff

- Audit & Finalization of Accounts.

- Consolidation of Accounts of different verticals of the company

- Consolidation of Accounts of overseas subsidiary with Accounts of Holding Company.

- Direct & Indirect Taxes - Corporate as well as personal

- Coordination with Revenue Authorities

- Coordination with Bank.

- Compliances of various Revenue Authorities

- Import & Export Documentation and compliances with reference to FEMA

- Activities with reference to Letter of Credit for Export of goods.

- MSME Act

- Compliances under the Companies Act.

- Working experience in Administration and Overseas subsidiary will be an added qualification.

Compensation : Candidates drawing CTC below Rs.15 Lakh need not apply.
