Deputy General Manager - Architecture - Residential Township/Commercial Building

The client is a leading zero debt residential townships development company with multiple projects in North, Central and Eastern India in for mid-income families in India.

The position reports to the Head of Department (Architecture) and will be responsible for all on-going residential township projects pan-India. This will include budgetary reviews and review of detailed designs with various design firms, regular interaction with construction team and vendors.

The incumbent will be an Architect by qualification with over 15 years of experience in Residential Township and Commercial building design. In-depth knowledge of construction is a MUST .

Those Architects with experience of running their own construction business or having worked with a construction contracting company will be proffered.

Those with B. Architecture or post graduate degree in Architecture having afore mentioned experience are only encouraged to apply.
