Deputy General Manager - Accounts Receivable - BPO

FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL:

- ERP knowledge Oracle

- Should possess knowledge of Tools available in market which will enhance productivity

- Strong PPT Skills(Creating and presenting)

- Flexible to work in US Shift

- With the experience of AR end to end cycle.

- O2C knowledge in a manufacturing set up with specialization in B2B collections, dispute management, account reconciliation

- Should have led cross-functional projects-process streamlining, productivity enhancement, simplification, handle time reduction, DSO management

- Should have managed bad debt and provisioning working closely with finance controllers and sales BU heads

- Should be very strong in Stakeholder mgt and manage credit and collection function without impacting sales velocity

- Should have worked in BPO and handled Finance Operations for the minimum of 10 years

- Responsible for end to end delivery, SLA management, and process improvement

- Reviews and analyzes performance reports against targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis with Operations managers/Team Managers and with client to investigate causes for performance deviations.

- Ensures process compliance with all business rules and regulatory directives, and adherence to all operational processes and procedures such as disaster recovery, 3rd Party SLAs etc.

- Develops strategic & tactical plans to identify, analyze and effectively respond to client needs, emerging trends and best practices.

- Monitors compliance adherence through timely audits, generating awareness on the floor etc.
