Deputy Finance Head - Corporate Finance Function

The job purpose of this role is to manage complete Corporate Finance Function including taxation (direct, indirect), Treasury, Corporate Finance and financial planning & analysis.

Principal Accountability :

1. Controlling/ coordinating with each SPV on monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly and yearly basis for compliance of all direct and indirect taxation

2. Annual accounts finalization for each Project o BU

3. Controlling/ coordinating for end to end project accounting

4. Treasury Management

5. Financial Planning, budgeting and forecasting across entities

6. Conduct an Incisive analysis of all monthly reports from the locations for effective decision making and Assist in planning and managing the initiatives of the Group driven from Senior Management.

7. Analysing the business trends

8. Assist the Senior Management in Quarterly reporting.

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills :

- CA/MBA Finance/ CFA with minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably from IT Industry

- Strong leadership and team building/management skills with the ability to set clear priorities, delegate and deployment of team resources.

- Ability to work with various stakeholders

- Ability to voice his concerns

- Young at heart and high cultural adaptability
