Deputy Divisional Head - HR & IR
Location- Joda, Odisha
Experience- 7 to 16 years
Must Have:
Educational qualifications - MBA in HR or equivalent degree
Relevant experience - Minimum 7 years of experience in the role of Head HRM in manufacturing industry
- Highly persuasive in interpreting laws, policies and procedures.
- Research and analytical skills and having information of competitors
- Strong exposure to performance management system, job evaluation, talent acquisition, Talent Management and Talent Development, Compensation, Reward and benefit structure
- Well versed with HRM processes, practices, IR Laws, Labour Laws & Compliances, Rules & Regulations
- Skills to manage external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities :
- To develop / design HR Policies and monitor them in the organization.
- Prepare and develop department goals and objectives
- Conceptualise and plan HR Strategy in alignment with company strategy
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and prepare road map for enhancing /sustaining employee engagement factors in the organisation
- Build high performing teams by designing engagement initiatives in the organization.
- To drive end to end performance management process in the organisation
- To support in creating leadership development plans in coordination with L&D.
- Hiring the best match & retain the talent in the organization.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
- Prepare compensation guideline framework
- To promote individual & group reward and recognition process
- To identify HR risks and challenges and mitigation plans on the same.
- To communicate policies and procedures to all employees through communication plan
- To prepare succession planning framework and prepare development plan for building leadership pipeline in the organisation
- To prepare HR budget and monitor the same
- To identify, negotiate and finalise consultants and vendors for carrying out various HR activities.
- To create HR branding through enabling participation in various award processes
- Prepare periodic reports for management, as and when necessary to track strategic goal accomplishment.
- To work on digital platforms for ensuring HR effectiveness.
