- We are looking for an Employer Branding leader who will be responsible for driving the employer branding strategy.
- Key activities will include defining the employer branding strategy for the brand and working with internal and external stakeholders to producing engaging content and distributing it across several online channels to ensure we attract and hire high-potential employees and build a strong employer brand across social media and other platforms.
- Drive employee advocacy program.
- Create an exceptional Employer Brand across channels - social / digital / offline (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Glassdoor, other digital or offline events).
- Use recruitment marketing strategies to help attract diverse talent.
- Identify and drive aspirational award applications and events / platforms to promote the brand externally.
