Deputy CTO - Embedded

- Establish the company's technical vision and lead all aspects of the company's technological development

- Direct the company's technological strategic direction, development, and future growth.

- Conducts research and case studies on leading technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation

- Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments

- Consolidate the company's technology platforms and create plans for each

- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

- Develop and direct all networking safeguards to reduce the risk of outside breaches and protect sensitive internal and external client information

- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity

- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

1. B.E in related field and Strong C/C++, embedded programming skills with 5- 10 years of proven experience developing and debugging applications in an embedded system

2. Kernels/ RTOS

3. Experience with the full product lifecycle

4. Tech expertise in Open Source/ PHP, My SQL, Java, JS, HTML, CSS3, Cloud Platform, Integration, Big Data

5. Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff

6. Ability to think and act strategically and proactively

7. Strong writing and presentation skills

8. Strong process and project management skills

9. Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business

10. Well-rounded inter-personal skill set with the capacity to build strong senior relationships

11. Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues of project teams and the company at large

12. Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a keen business sense
