Deputy COO
Our client is engaged with one of the fastest growing Real Estate companies, with multiple projects across different cities in India. They have expertise in developing Residential towers, Office space, Commercial space, Mixed use projects in a large scale. With rapid expansion, new and large scale projects being launched they are looking for a Deputy COO who would oversee the Sales, Marketing, CRM, BD functions in the company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee Sales, Marketing & Business Development, CRM functions to support the COO in strategic decision making.
- Responsible for P & L. Achieve Business Objectives of PBT, EBIDTA, Sales, Market development.
- Partnering with - Channel Partners- to enable the sale of properties.
- Drive decision-making that creates medium and long-term improvement.
- Interact regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that their priorities are aligned with company's strategic direction.
- Work collaboratively with all business units to realize cross functional project deliverables and goals.
- Act independently, taking timely and significant decisions to ensure the operational delivery for the organization driving change and improvement.
- Provide monthly reports to COO and senior management for all projects.
Key Requirements :
- Around 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in Real Estate industry.
- Experience in handling sales through channel partners.
- Has experience in sales & marketing for both Residential & Commercial properties.
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute would be an added advantage.
