Deputy Chief Financial Officer - Infrastructure Firm

The incumbent should have at least 15 to 20 years of Experience . He should be a Chartered Accountant and have managed a large team. He should be well versed in the following :

- Corporate Finance & Treasury

- Business Valuation and Risk Management

- Corporate & Business Restructuring

- Cash-flow and Debt Management

- Corporate Finance - Secretarial & Legal

- Financial and Strategic Planning

- Budgeting and MIS

- Mergers and Acquisitions

- Investors Relations & Corp Communication

- Financial Restructuring .

He should be currently from a listed company and have handled Investor Relations and must be from a manufacturing organisation .
