- The Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Dy CFO) will play a pivotal role in journey towards IPO readiness and eventual listing on the BSE.
- The role involves leading the finance function, driving financial strategies, managing cash flow and fund operations, and overseeing international operations and compliance.
- Additionally, the Dy CFO will be responsible for fundraising, financial transparency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the finance department.
- The role requires a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in handling IPOs, sound accounts knowledge, and exceptional leadership skills to steer the finance team towards achieving the organisation's financial goals and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive the agenda of making the company IPO ready and finally get the company listed on the BSE.
- Cashflow and fund management, including Bank operations.
- Planning and implementing corporate financial strategies that contribute to the organisation's sustainable growth and profitability.
- Leading the fundraising activities for the Organisation.
- Leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing forecasts, budgeting and MIS reporting.
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks across all business verticals.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and SEBI guidelines, ensuring accountability and transparency, including managing audits.
- Building and leading the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance team.
- Networking, communicating and presenting to internal and external stakeholders at the top management level.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong financial background.
- Hands-on experience in handling an Initial Public Offering (IPO) is mandatory.
- The ideal candidate should fall within the 35-45 age bracket.
- Must possess strong business skills and analytical acumen to drive informed decision-making.
- Experience in leading and managing a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
